At Kanchan Ganesh Hatwar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase made through our payment gateway integration, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds.

• Refund Method: Refunds for the service will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase through Payment Gateway.
• Refund Processing Time: Refund will be credited within  2-3 business days in original source of account. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on unlikely event of defective or unsatisfactory service.

Exchange Policy:

The service is eligible for extension/replacement only in an unlikely event of defective or unsatisfactory service. Send us an email at heal@kanchanhatwar.in to request for a service extension/replacement.

This policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the day you received the service, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement/extension. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
