- Refund Processing Time: Refund will be credited within 2-3 business days in original source of account. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on unlikely event of defective or unsatisfactory service.
Exchange Policy:
The service is eligible for extension/replacement only in an unlikely event of defective or unsatisfactory service. Send us an email at heal@kanchanhatwar.in to request for a service extension/replacement.
This policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the day you received the service, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement/extension. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
